Marvel Tower is a proposed mixed development scheme for Court Marvel Estates Limited, to be sited in Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria so as to physically transform the skyline of Victoria Island, providing some of the facilities that define a megacity and in assuring the city’s continued dynamism given that its business requires ideal condition to operate which has to be meet within reasonable distance.
The program for this project called for the design of a variety of functions; Residential, Commercial and Administrative. To be integrated into a program. This was achieved by LINEAR DISTRIBUTION OF FUNCTIONS.
Also in achieving this, a modular concrete system with a series of curtain wall and central means of services were employed in the design of the program.
